Caught a big, beautiful Brown THE VERY FIRST TIME THE MUSKRAT HIT THE RIVER! First Cast! Incredible! Did well on the Mighty Mouse as well.

Baby muskrat

Started the season off with a few bangs! I’m fishing the northeast (Massachusetts). Currently fishing in 43 degree waters. I’ve thrown several different baits so far (spinner baits, plastics & a clacker). None of those even come close to the great success while using the mini muskrat. This bait’s action and design is second to none. From pulling big pickerel out of some weeds (fish exploded immediately after landing and a quick crank to get the tail moving, to catching a nice 2lb+bass in two feet of very cold water. Seems the fish can’t handle this bait. Great start to the season already and it’s still real early!! Nice job CL8baits!!

AMAZING!!!!

Been looking to to get into rat baits. 🐀 someone recommended Cl8 baits. I ordered 2 of these and a vole. I prefer a smaller bait. These are amazing. Caught a bunch of bass on these. I have since ordered more and few for Christmas gifts. These are a must order. Can be fished wake style or cranked down about a 6 to 12 inches. You won't regret these. Buy more than 1 to save yourself time of re ordering.
